Commercial Customers Privacy Notice
I. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Notice for Commercial Customers (the "Notice") applies to Company Information (as defined below) about individuals and businesses or other entities that seek or obtain financial products and services from Lonestar Truck Group and TAG Truck Center for business or commercial purposes ("Commercial Customers").
II. INFORMATION COLLECTED
For purposes of this Notice, "Company Information" means any information about a Commercial Customer from which the Commercial Customer could be identified, whether obtained directly from the Commercial Customer or from another source. We may collect the following categories and specific pieces of information from you and about you in the normal course of doing business including but not limited to:

This information is not limited to, but may include: (a) company name; (b) physical address, including street name and name of city or town; (c) email address or other electronic contact information; (d) telephone number; (e) tax identification number; (f) credit history; (g) bank or credit card account number; (h) financial statements; (i) information about officers, directors, and other control persons; and (j) any other information from or about a Commercial Customer.
- Information regarding your lease or finance terms and monthly payment amounts. We may also obtain this information from third-party sources.
- Information regarding your vehicle (such as mileage), which is collected when you make an appointment or bring your vehicle to our dealer for services. We may also obtain information, such as open warranties, from third-party sources.
- We may also collect various information about you during other transactions or communications you have with us or from third party providers such as vehicle manufacturers, advertising partners and analytics providers.
- During a vehicle transaction, we may receive information from consumer reporting agencies, credit references, employers, and insurance agencies, such as your credit history, credit worthiness and information that we obtain to verify employment history or to ensure that insurance coverage is in force.
- Other information, such as your vehicle preferences, information regarding your potential trade in vehicle, that you provide or that we may obtain from third party sources.
- Information submitted to us to indicate your interest in a position with Lonestar Truck Group and TAG Truck Center
The following is not considered Company Information: (a) aggregated or anonymous information that does not identify a customer and (b) information that Lonestar Truck Group and TAG Truck Center obtains from a public source (or knows to be available from a public source).

In the employment context, we may disclose information to government agencies or vendors which assist in performing drug screenings or background checks.
