Guest Information

For those who wish to attend the challenge, there will be a seating area provided. There will be more visibility than in years past for spectators to see most stations. Guests are asked not to enter the station areas, and will only be able to communicate with participants during breaks and lunch, to prevent distractions.

Weekend Attire

Friday's Welcome Reception - Casual Attire
Competitors are asked to wear their Super Tech Polo's, provided at check-in.

Saturday's Challenge - 
Store Managers & DFCIC's - Wear Super Tech Polo's provided at check-in.
Competitors - Wear Super Tech T-shirt provided in the room, work pants and boots.

Saturday Evening - Casual Dress Attire (Jeans or dress pants and a collared button-down shirt)

Super Tech Weekend Schedule

Friday:

  • 2:00pm - 4:00pm - Hotel Check-In at valet
  • 5:45pm - Bus to Savoy Ballroom
  • 6:00pm - 8:45pm - Welcome Reception at Savoy Ballroom
  • 8:45pm - Load buses to hotel

Saturday:

  • 7:45am - Judges Meeting
  • 8:30am - Challenge Breakfast
  • 9:00am - Tech Meeting
  • 9:15am - Photos
  • 9:30 am - Challenge begins
  • 11:55pm - Challenge Lunch
  • 12:45pm - Challenge restarts
  • 2:50pm - Challenge ends
  • 2:55pm - 3:30pm - Challenge tear down (Judges stay to help)
  • 6:00pm - 9:00pm - Awards Dinner at Old Glass Place
     

Challenge Day Transportation Schedule

Departing to the Expo:  Bus loads 15 minutes prior to departure
  • 7:00am - ALL judges and DFCIC's
  • 8:00am - ALL Technicians
  • 9:00am - Guests
Returning to Hotel (After Challenge)
  • 3:00pm - ALL guests and competitors
  • 3:50pm - Judges and stragglers
Departing to Old Glass Place (Awards Dinner)
  • 5:40pm - ALL guests and competitors
Returning to Hotel (After Awards)
  • 9:00pm - ALL guests and competitors
